Swish celebrates entrepreneurs in new mini series

200,000 entrepreneurs in Sweden say the same thing: We accept Swish! And they all have an exciting story to tell. This fall, Swish and Brand New Story tells fifteen stories in short films dedicated for social media.

Swish has been an obvious and integrated part of Swedes' lives since 2012. According to the report "Swedes and the Internet 2019", conducted by The Internet Foundation, 80% of the Swedish population use Swish. According to a survey performed by Kantar Sifo in August, a majority of Swedes aged 18–40 prefer to pay with Swish online.

More and more companies and e-retailers are choosing to offer the consumers their favorite method of payment – over 200,000 entrepreneurs now offer Swish as payment method. The film series is Swish´s way of highlighting and celebrating these entrepeneurs.

- There are so many amazing and inspiring entrepreneurs and personalities out there who all accept Swish. This series aims to celebrate and pay tribute to them, while giving a glimpse of the width and range of creative entrepreneurs and people in Sweden, says Pär Ekroth, CMO at Swish.

Brand New Story and Swish have found companies that stand out in different ways.

The featured entrepeneurs all sell different products, creative services, are innovative or simply have a lovely character. And they all offer their customers to pay via Swish.

This fall, fifteen one-minute documentaries will be published about these selected entrepreneurs, to be aired in Swish's own channels. The people behind the companies are in focus, and not Swish products.

Creator and producer is Brand New Story´s Henrik Wahlström, also one of the members of the humor group behind praised "Pantamera Humor".

- The fifteen films are very different from each other and span over a wide area. I wanted to show how all kinds of companies, with diametrically different businesses, all share the fact that they accept Swish as means of payment. Whether they sell body armor, axes or perform chiropractics on dogs: their business ventures work, and Swish is a part of the success story, says Henrik Wahlström.
